Description:
The Longwood Condominium is a 55 and over community located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, just off PGA Boulevard, approximately one mile east of the Florida Turnpike and one mile west of I-95. The 126-unit complex includes seven 2- and 3-storied buildings with one and two bedroom units in each building.
Amenities:
Amenities include a club house with kitchen and entertainment/meeting area, exercise equipment, library, pool table, and card table. There is a large swimming pool, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and outdoor pavilion with grills and a bar.
Pest Control:
Pest Control – By Appointment only on Friday 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. A sign up sheet is in the Library. Provide your name, unit and contact phone number. Hullett Pest provides this service.
Trash:
Large Item Trash Disposal Rules.
1. Breakdown all large cardboard boxes before placing in the dumpster.
2. Because of continued confusion with the Solid Waste Authority, bulk trash may no longer be placed in the southeast parking lot for removal. If you have large items that need to be picked up you will need to contact an independent hauler to remove the items. Longwood cannot be responsible for the removal of large items. There are several companies available such as Jupiter Junk and 1-800-gotjunk. A quick online search will find several options.
3. Do notplace large plastic articles in plastic recycle bin. Arrange to donate to goodwill, etc.
4. Construction and remodeling trash may NOT be left on the Association common areas. The unit Owner is responsible for arranging the removal of all debris from apartment and common areas.
