The Longwood Condominium is a 55 and over community located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, just off PGA Boulevard, approximately one mile east of the Florida Turnpike and one mile west of I-95. The 126-unit complex includes seven 2- and 3-storied buildings with one and two bedroom units in each building.
Amenities:
Amenities include a club house with kitchen and entertainment/meeting area, exercise equipment, library, pool table, and card table. There is a large swimming pool, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and outdoor pavilion with grills and a bar.

Pest Control – By Appointment only on Friday 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. A sign up sheet is in the Library. Provide your name, unit and contact phone number. Hullett Pest provides this service.
